Digital Downloads

All Groovy Grid products are digital downloads. Once downloaded, items are non-refundable.

If you have not yet downloaded your purchase and would like a refund, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to request one. Contact us at groovygridplanners@gmail.com with your order number and receipt.

Damaged or Defective Files

If your download is corrupted, incomplete, or doesn't work as advertised, please contact us at groovygridplanners@gmail.com within 30 days of purchase. We'll investigate and either provide a replacement download or issue a full refund.
